Nanoduko is a Sudoku game operated by GammaFlare (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using Nanoduko you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility

3. Accounts
- One natural person per account. Do not share, sell, or transfer accounts.
- Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for your account activity.
4. Gameplay (Sudoku)
Each puzzle is a 9×9 grid divided into 3×3 boxes. Fill the grid so that every row, column, and 3×3 box contains the digits 1–9 without repetition. Nanoduko offers Easy, Medium, and Hard puzzles. Harder puzzles typically award more points. Optional features (e.g., notes, timer, mistake limits, or hints) may be present depending on the build and are subject to change.
5. Scoring & Leaderboards
- Completing puzzles earns points. Factors that may influence score include difficulty, time to complete, and mistake count.
6. Fair Play & Anti‑Cheat
- No bots, scripts, macros, or external Sudoku solvers to gain an advantage.
- No tampering with the app, game memory, network traffic, or leaderboards.
- Exploits or vulnerabilities must not be used; please report them to us.
- We may use automated and manual checks to validate scores and gameplay.
7. Content & IP
All game assets, code, designs, text, trademarks, and logos are owned by GammaFlare or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, revocable license to use Nanoduko for personal entertainment according to these Terms.
8. Privacy
We may process limited information (e.g., analytics, gameplay data, device info) to run and improve the game, detect fraud, and operate leaderboards/rewards.
